A MATCH 'TILL DEATH TO CHALLENGE OUR IGNORANCE ABOUT DESIGN
"I know that I should know, but I don't", also known as IKISKBID, is a quiz event that consists on two teams from the Master of Spaces & Communication (HEAD-Genève) confronting each other to see who is less ignorant on design matters. In one hour, the two teams have to answer to 30 questions each, following a specific set of rules. In this "ping-pong" of knowledge (or ignorance, for that matter), a real ping-pong match sets the pace and the ambience for the challenge. Hosted by Sergio Jaramillo, in a set inspired by classic TV shows built by the students themselves, prepare yourself for a boost on your knowledge, nonsense and fun. Laugh with the winner or cry with the loser, the entertainment is guaranteed. If not, the cocktail afterwards will surely make it!
"IT IS TRULY REWARDING TO SEE STUDENTS COMMITED TO FAILURE IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY LIKE THIS"
A special thanks should be addressed to the catalysts of the event, Alexandra Midal and Arno Mathies, as well as Monika Steiger to assist on the production of it. A special thanks to all the students who made it into a real event: Pierre Barada, Carolina Chiariotti, Rita Colaço, Marion Delavelle, Anne Dousset, Maeva Dubrez, Damien Duparc, Laura Fleury, Mahiné Gisse, Salômé Guillemin, Sergio Jaramillo, Barbara Jenny, Laura Loyola, Lisa Moura and Élodie Wismer; and to all the people in the audience who helped out by cheering and by laughing with and at us. Lastly, a special congratulations to both teams, for keeping up the sportsmanship during the match and after.
